Your access to the Website

Generally, you will not have to register to use the Website. However, certain areas of the Website are reserved for Registered Users.

Registered User

You will be given out a registration login after having completed the need recognition stage of the TIP process. This will allow you to access the further stages of the TIP tool.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all the materials contained in it are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. Materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and documents on the Website, as well as other content such as articles and other text.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish or otherwise make the materials on the Website available to anyone else for a commercial purpose without our consent in writing.

You may print or download materials from the Website provided that:

no materials are modified in any way;

no graphics are used separately from accompanying text;

our copyright and trade mark notices appear in all copies and you acknowledge the Website as the source of the material; and
